Meade - The Drink of the North
The Meades
Traditional Meade- The traditional brew of the North. Heavy on the honey with hints of floral lavender.
Freya Meade - A deep amber with a great pub-ale look to it with its beautiful, lacing head. Look for rich caramel, toffee, and maple syrup notes on the nose, with a nice dose of true-to-style butterscotch character, dried dark fruits, and nuttiness. The primary flavors to look for are butterscotch, caramel, and raisins.
Da's Favorite Meade - Deep amber color. Toffee, stemmy oak, and nutmeg aromas... sweet and sour medium-bodied palate with toffee, roasted nuts, and spice. Finishes with a nutty, spicy fade and peppery alcohol.
Glass Meade - Clear with a faint straw cast. Jumbled cotton candy and lower alcohol aromas are sparkling wine-like. A soft brisk entry leads to a dryish light to medium-bodied palate with butter cream and peppery spice flavors. Finishes quickly with a hot, peppery, vanilla fudge fade. An unusual assortment of flavors.
Spiced Meade - Toasted Hazelnut flavor with orange overtones and rich vanilla scents mingled with cinnamon and clove. Made from toasted Hazelnuts, Orange peel, Vanilla Bean, Cinnamon, and Clove.
